OUR CHECK-IN MACHINE OFFERS OUR GUESTS THE GREATEST POSSIBLE FLEXIBILITY
Whether business travelers or tourists - all our guests are happy to be able to check in flexibly and independently at any time of day or night at the check-in machine. Regardless of whether you have previously booked via a booking portal, our own website or by telephone or e-mail, the machine will guide you through the self-check-in process in just a few steps.
Check-in
If you arrive during reception hours, you can do this as usual with our colleagues.
If you arrive outside our reception hours, please use our check-in machine at the back of the building right next to the reception. There you can pay, you will receive your room key and a receipt for the payment with your room number.
The black transponder on the key ring opens the main entrance door.
In the room you will find a guest folder with important information as well as our W-LAN access.
Check-out
To check out, leave the key at the reception below. There you can also request an invoice for your overnight stay.
We will then invoice you for any open costs as requested.
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MACHINE ONLY ACCEPT CARD PAYMENT. (VISA, V-PAY, MAESTRO, GIROCARD, MASTERCARD)
If you have already paid in advance, this is noted in the check-in machine and no further payment is required.
Additionally booked services as well as the resort tax of the municipality of Bad-Waldliesborn can be conveniently paid at the machine.
We would also like to point out that the payment for your overnight stay is due at the latest at the time of check-in. This also enables you to check out without contact at any time.
